Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 8:30pm-9pm., $5
Prefer on online option for learning meditation that will allow you to learn within the comfort of your home? Join John every Monday, Wednesday or Saturday to learn how to meditate or what type of meditation works for me. Each week will be a different type of meditation.
1st week of the month: Mindful Meditation
2nd week of the month: Body Relaxation
3rd week of the month: Chakra Meditation
4th week of the month: Loving Kindness Meditation.
Tuesdays, 5:30-7 p.m., $11
The Spirit Salon group meets weekly to discuss various metaphysical topics. The rotating topic changes bi-monthly and includes such subjects as past lives, divination, mediumship, UFOs, energy grids, and more.
Thursdays, 5:30-7:00 p.m., $10
